1. Your pick up will be completed in 2-3 business days, and then the product will be shipped and delivered to us. This entire process of picking up your product and receiving it at our warehouse takes about 7-10 business days.
2. Once your product reaches us, your exchange will be processed, and the product shall be delivered in 3-5 business days.
3. In case of a broken and damaged product, we will ship a fresh item to you within 48 hours of receiving the complaint from you. Here, the standard delivery timeline of 3-5 business days will be applicable.
4. In case your product/package is lost/misplaced, we will investigate the issue both internally as well as with our courier partners. If the issue is internal, the resolution will be given within 48 hours. In case this issue is from our courier partner’s end, the issue will be resolved for you within 3-5 business days
5. Cyan India apparel is eligible for exchange, within 7 days of delivery, if the original packaging and tags are intact & the product is not used or washed
6. In case of returns, an amount of 199 rupees will be deducted from the product price as a convenience fee.

All our garments are washable with soft detergents. Our products are pre-washed with minimal to no risk of colour bleed.
