What is the return and exchange policy?
 
We accept a return/exchange request within 7 days of receiving the product. The entire process (return request raising, return pickup, quality check, and refund) would take 8-10 working days.
We offer free exchanges and hassle-free returns with a minimal deduction of 199 rupees as a transportation and convenience fee.
How do I find the right size for me?
 
Please refer to the size chart listed with the product. If you have any special requests, please check our 'Customization' section or contact us via WhatsApp/Email/Instagram.
What payment methods do you accept?
 
All methods are accepted: COD, UPI, Cards, Net Banking.
How long does shipping take, and what are the shipping charges?
 
Shipping is free on all prepaid orders. (For COD orders, a handling charge of ₹89 applies.)
Orders are shipped within 5-7 working days.

Do you offer customization or alteration services?
 
Yes, we do. Our customization services include: length adjustments, extra margin requirements, or adding/removing details. Please note that customised orders will be non-returnable.
How do I care for my garments to ensure longevity?
 
All our products are washable. You can gentle wash them with soft detergents.
